Robert Mathys Student Awards

A student award was established in the 1st ECM Meeting in order to give young scientists recognition of their scientific performance, which could be documented in their curriculum vitae, and to encourage them to continue their research career. These awards have been gratefully sponsored for the meetings by the Robert Mathys Foundation. For ECM IX award types judged will be for students (Under 30 years of age) for the best presentations (whether oral or poster).

We advise all presenters to look at the TIPS FOR TALKS (295 kB) presentation and read these guidelines (39kB) before starting to prepare their talks. This will help for all presenters, especially if one is interested in a chance of an awards.

Robert Mathys Stiftung sponsors the awards, which consist each of a certificate (which can be documented on the curriculum vitae) and a cash prize.

Please inform conference secretariat, before June 1st, 2008, if you are a student to be considered.
