REFUND POLICY: The paper submission fee is a non-refundable administrative cost to enable the processing of the submitted manuscript.
It does not imply the paper will be accepted, nor will it be refunded on rejection of the paper.

We strongly recommend you read the scope of the journal as out of scope submission will also not be refunded.

After having fully read the scope, if you are still unclear whether your paper is in scope of eCM, we recommend you send the abstract only (full papers will not be evaluated) to the email address below prior to submission for a scope check.

After payment you will receive a Worldpay transaction ID code which is required prior to submission via Scholarone.
This Worldpay Transaction ID must also be quoted in the compulsory letter of submission.
