The goal of AOCMF has always been to foster a multi-specialty organization to serve as the voice and professional resource for individuals working in the field of craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction.  Today, the AOCMF community embodies a unique culture of teaching and learning, combined with research and development.  The universal spirit of this community transcends borders and specialties, benefitting both patients and healthcare providers across the globe.

 

AOTrauma

AO Trauma is the world’s largest global trauma and orthopedic community fostering excellence in the surgical management of trauma and disorders of the musculoskeletal system—an organization which creates leadership opportunities for senior Trauma surgeons while nurturing opportunities for younger future leaders.

 

Biometal

Biometal organises a yearly conference entirely devoted to biodegradable metals, all work, studies or research specific to developing metals showing properties for a temporary time in applications related to human health, (medical devices, implants).

 

European Orthopaedic Research Society (EORS)

The mission of the European Orthopaedic Research Society (EORS) is to promote research and development in orthopaedic surgery and related sciences in Europe through interdisciplinary coordination, exchange of scientific and technical experience, and education.

 

Scandinavian Society for Biomaterials (ScSB)

The Scandinavian Society for Biomaterials (ScSB) was founded as a non-profit organization in May 2008. The main focus of this organization are centered on organizing annual Biomaterials meetings in Scandinavian, Nordic and Baltic states, and thereby promoting cross-fertilization of Biomaterials research in these regions. In addition to academic researchers, ScSB regards students and industry as very important members of the society.

 

Swiss Society for Biomaterials & Regenerative Medicine (SSB+RM)

The Swiss Society for Biomaterials & Regenerative Medicine is the assembly of people in Switzerland working or interested in the fields of biomaterials and tissue engineering, be it on the industrial or the university level. Our Charter and Bylaws describe the goals of our Society. We welcome everybody interested in the wide fields of biomaterials and tissue engineering to join our Society and participate in our annual meetings in Switzerland.

 

Tissue & Cell Engineering Society (TCES)

The Tissue and Cell Engineering Society (TCES), based in the United Kingdom, has the aim of furthering knowledge, research and dissemination of information on Cell and Tissue Engineering. It covers the whole field of cell and tissue engineering from materials and biocompatibility issues by the use of engineered devices used to address cell biological questions to attempts in whole organ fabrication. We welcome everybody interested within the field to join our Society and participate in our meetings in Britain.

The Shanghai Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (SITO) is committed to meeting national needs, safeguarding public health, and building a modern orthopedic research base for the clinical and basic study of musculoskeletal system disease mechanisms, clinical diagnosis, and treatment.
